Where are the Myjestix bags made?

All of Myjestix Bags are made in the USA in Salt Lake City, UT.

Stamped Bags?

Our bags will be ACL approved and stamped for the 22-23 season.

How do I apply to be a rep?

How can I check the status of my order?

You will get an email confirming the order went through and another email once the items have shipped out. Another option to see the progress of your order please go to Myjestix.com, In the top right corner click “My Account” and login. If you have not created an account you will need to create one by clicking on “Sign Up”. Once logged in you can see your order history, this will show you all of your ordered items and tracking information for each order.  

Cleaning/Breaking in?

The best way to break in all Myjestix bags is to throw them. Time to break in bags depends on the fabric on that particular bag. Typical break in time is 10-20 games. We do not recommend using any fabric softeners to try and loosen up the bag. To clean the bags we recommend a warm water soak and gently massaging the bags by hand. Set the bags on a drying rack and rotate every 30-60 min. Let them fully dry before playing with the bags again. 

What is the Turnaround time?

Bags: Our bags will ship next business day and arrive 3-5 business days. If the bags were a pre-order or limited drop it may be longer, please see the specific listing for the turnaround time on those items. Boards: Our boards are made to order, so turnaround time is 2-3 weeks depending on the volume of orders we currently have.  

Warranty

What is covered? Manufacture defects. We strive to have the highest quality possible with our bags. If you have an issue with the bags in terms of defects, please send us an email and include pictures of the bags so we can determine what the defect is. What is not covered? Snags, pulls, and discoloration are not covered. Any damage caused by any unapproved use, cleaning, or breaking in will also not be covered. How long is the warranty? Myjestix warranty policy is 6 months from date of purchase. 

Return Shipping?

We will cover the return shipping on all manufacturing defects or exchanges. Email us to get your return or exchange set up. 

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your current purchase please reach out to Info@myjestix.com and let's work together to find another bag that fits your throwing style. Our return policy lasts 6 months. If 6 months have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. ** We do NOT accept returns for custom created merchandise.  

Exchanges

Here at Myjestix Cornhole we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If you are not 100% satisfied with the bags you selected, please reach out to us at Info@myjestix.com to initiate an exchange. ** We do NOT accept exchanges for custom created merchandise. If you are unsure on the size for apparel we suggest ordering the next size up. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, a refund credit will be processed to the credit card that was used on that order. It may take a few days for it to appear in your account. Time depends on your method of payment.
