If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. If you have an issue please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to continue the process.
Our policy lasts 30 calendar days. If 30 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your items need to include the order number or proof of purchase.
** Many of our bags are custom printed for each customer, so although we do offer a 100% quality guarantee which covers material and workmanship, we can't take returns or exchanges for incorrect logos or custom text based on the order made.
We do not accept returns for merchandise that is the wrong size. Please order merchandise in a size larger if you're unsure. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take a few days for it to get credited to you depending on the payment method.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
** If you put the wrong shipping address in & the order gets returned to us, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to send the order back to you.
Cornhole Bag Exchange Policy
** If you ordered the wrong bag type or colors (ONLY applies to in stock bags, NO custom text or logo on the bags), you have 2 options:
1) You can return the bags (you pay for shipping) & get refunded for the bag cost on the order.
2) You can return the bags (you pay for shipping) & also pay the shipping to get the correct bags sent back to you.
If you purchased the wrong bags and would like to exchange them, they must be in the same condition as when you purchased. We will not refund you if there is evidence they have been used.

If you have an issue with the any products sold on our site in terms of defects, please send us an email and include pictures so we can determine what the defect is and how to proceed. Thanks!
MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY
When will I get my order?
It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: USA: 5-8 business days, International: 10-20 business days
Where will my order ship from? We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
Will I be charged customs for my order? An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do? Before getting in touch with us via email : Sales@Myjestix.com, please help us out by doing the following: ● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. ● Ask your local post office if they have your package. ● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise—If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be! If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at Sales@Myjestix.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost. Pro tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure you get it right!
How are your products made?
We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at Sales@Myjestix.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at Sales@Myjestix.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at Sales@Myjestix.com
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at Sales@Myjestix.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—or comparable items, in the product description sections. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at Sales@Myjestix.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
